Phase 1
Phase one – business diagnostics
This phase can be best summarised by the ‘cuprinol factor’ – like the advert “does it do what it says on the tin” i.e. does the operation deliver what it says it will to its customers – are the operations well laid out or confused to the customer, do customers understand what the operation is offering and can they buy the goods or services effectively. Assessments are made using tried and tested operational support metrics that ensure that nothing is missed.
We are happy to give a quick free review that can assist decision makers in planning for the future. The review below can be completed in a few days as required and reporting is not through a verbose report but a focused detailed verbal report supported by written analysis as required.
Once the review is completed then agreed action can be completed in phase 2
