We are primarily engaged by existing management teams, key stakeholders or Insolvency Practitioners who have recognised that there is a problem that needs operationally focused assistance and resolution.

At Pegasus we can provide the team and expertise that is needed. The greatest success is achieved when early intervention is made. Ideally our intervention should be before the business moves down the decline curve and concerns become critical or someone, usually a third party, makes the decision that the business is now a catastrophe!
If performance does deteriorate, and the decision threshold is crossed, then we can either provide replacement management or support the existing management team.
We have over 50 years combined hospitality experience at board level in a variety of roles as Commercial Director, Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director and CEO. We have considerable experience in managing business in crisis and our level-headed pragmatic approach is focused on finding a solution to the challenges faced; there is always a solution.
We have considerable experience in all sectors of hospitality and have led businesses of all sizes and complexities:
- Sector experience in – bars, pubs, entertainment venues, hotels and restaurants
- The scale of our operational business experience is from sales of £1m upwards to over £150m from multi site operations
- We have a strong audit and control background and have a wide team of partners who provide expert specialist advice and hands on assistance as needed
